Return and Refund Policy

Overview

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund.

To qualify for a return:

  1. You must notify us by submitting a return request via your account or by completing the Return Request form.
  2. The item must be shipped back within the 14-day window.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for return. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the purchaser.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

  • If you have an account: Log in, navigate to your orders, and select “Return” for the item you wish to send back.
  • If you do not have an account: Please fill out the Return Form to begin the return process.

Once initiated:

  1. Package the unused paddle in its original packaging.

  2. Print the shipping label and send the return to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it follows our return policy. If the item meets the criteria, we will process your refund and notify you via email.

The refund will be applied to your original form of payment within 5 business days of receiving the product. The timing of the refund will depend on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at help@cleepickleball.com.
